If you are not satisfied, ask for a refund within 7 days of your access being activated and we will refund the full amount you paid for that plan. This covers Self-Study courses, simulator levels and bundles, and parts or papers bought together in one order.
eBooks
An eBook opens in full as soon as you pay, so eBooks are not refundable once access is activated. If a technical problem on our side stops you reading the book and we cannot fix it within 7 days of your purchase, we refund it in full.
Live Workshops and Batches
- Cancel up to 7 days before the first class: full refund.
- Cancel within 7 days of the first class, or after it has started: no refund, but you can move your seat once to a later date of the same workshop or batch at no extra cost, where one is offered.
- If we cancel or reschedule a workshop or batch and the new dates do not suit you, we refund the full amount.
Coaching Packages (Live Online, Classroom and Mentorship Plus)
- Cancel before your first class: full refund.
- Cancel after your first class and within 14 days of enrolling: we refund the fee minus the classes already held (worked out pro rata over the package) and minus the Self-Study price of the course included in the package.
- After 14 days, or once half of the package’s classes have been held, coaching fees are not refundable. You can reschedule your classes once.
- One-to-one mentoring sessions already held are not refundable.
Bundles and Carts
A bundle, or several parts bought together in one order, is refunded as a whole within the 7-day period. We do not refund individual levels, parts or papers from a bundle or order.
How to Ask
Email [email protected] from the email address on your account, with the subject “Refund” and your payment reference. You don't need to give a reason for a refund within the 7-day period.
How Refunds Are Paid
- Refunds go back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.
- Bank or payment provider charges on international transfers may be deducted where we cannot recover them.
- Your access to the refunded plan ends when the refund is approved.
- If you used a coupon, partner or referral code, the refund is the amount you actually paid.
After 7 Days
Self-Study plans are not refundable after 7 days, except where a technical problem on our side stops you from using the training and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time. In that case we refund the unused part of your access period.
Misuse
No refund is due if access is suspended for breaking the Terms & Conditions, for example sharing your login.
